Internal Recruitment Specialist

**Description**:
Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated recruiter who will be responsible for the internal recruitment of software and e-commerce-based roles such as project managers, project coordinators, Web-Developers, System-Developers, etc. The role will include working closely with our leadership team. In order to be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, professional, and organised with excellent communication and relevant recruitment experience.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- National diploma or degree in human resources or related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) specifically in the software and e-commerce industries
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Ability to organize and manage skills assessments
- Familiarity with HR management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
