**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience.
- A valid Code B driver’s License.

**Job summary**:

- Ability to price all cleaning services (Deep cleaning, Fogging, Sanitizing, Window cleaning, Pest control & General Cleaning).
- Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building.
- Capacity to operate all cleaning machines.
- Capacity to carry out site inspections and submit a detailed report.
- Capable of monitoring and supervising staff.
- Capable of identifying cleaning chemicals for all surfaces as required by clients.
- Capable of working odd hours and available for emergency services.
- Capable of working within the budget specified.
- Vast experience in client liaison.
- A valid Code B driver’s License.
- Strong set of skills in Microsoft Operating systems (Word, Excel etc.)
- Capacity to work under minimum supervision.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Manager.
- Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by outsourced contractors.
- Monitor and assist in planning for holiday work requirements (bi/annual cleaning work).
- Capable of carrying any other duties assigned in line with the job specification.
