In our efforts to put our customers first always, the Floor Manager will assume responsibility of our tried and tested prescribed processes on a daily basis. This entails having leadership qualities and be the support liaison to the sales staff and Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ensuring operationally, the sales floor is prepared and organised to welcome our customers at start of trade. Ensure compliance with all opening and closing duties.

Have detailed knowledge of the company's products, services, and processes to manage sales efficiencies to ensure customer satisfaction

Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle to ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolved.

Maintain constant communication with staff and customers to ensure all the customers expectations are met or exceeded.

Establish rapport with sales staff whilst managing discipline, activities and productivity.

Introduce sales initiatives by helping, driving, motivating and encouraging retail sales staff to achieve sales targets to reach store targets.

Plan and co-ordinate staff schedules for promotions. Ensure promotions are managed and in tune with company’s requirements with pictures and videos being posted

Record sales figures for Leaderboard analysis - minimum of 2 posts daily

Maintain company standards of housekeeping, product merchandising, shrinkage control and security. Have an eye for detail. Inspect all areas in the store continuously and resolve any issues that may arise that affects customer experience

Keep abreast of what competitors are doing and trends in the industry and highlight suggestions or need for improvements

To uphold and promote the company values and culture as a brand

Supporting Store manager with Human resource functions in respect of discipline, staffing, timekeeping, training gaps, staff morale, body language etc

**Working hours**:
Retail is detail and core time for business is weekends and seasonal periods. This position will require you to work during some Public holidays as well as shifts.

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 18:15pm

Saturday 8:30am - 18:15pm

**PACKAGE**:
**Basic salary**: R8000.00 - R10000.00 (salary negotiable based on previous experience with in Retail Floor management)
