We are a fast-paced car rental/ Panel beating business with a dynamic and engaging environment currently seeking a **young and ambitious post graduate Legal advisor with the relevant qualifications.**
- **Qualifications and Experience**_
- LLB or equivalent.
- Must be an admitted attorney.
- Experience in company law, JSE listing requirements, competition law and high court litigation will be advantageous.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders across all levels, particularly senior and executive management.
- Have an organized, structured and result orientated approach to work.
- Be adaptable and able to cope with a dynamic environment.
- Be reliable, have integrity and display a professional approach.
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills with attention to detail, logical thought processes and sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information both from internal and external sources. - Excellent organisational, people, planning and prioritising skill
- **Roles and Responsabilities**_
- Providing advanced or specialist legal support in all areas of the businesses
- Vetting or drafting commercial agreements and other legal documents.
- Managing litigation and ADR.
- Providing legal opinions/advice.
- Providing legal support and guidance to the business.
- Contributes to the appropriate management of both legal and other risk within areas of responsibility.
- Potentially representing us in legal matters
- Accountable for timeous service delivery through own efforts.
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
- Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality.

Salary is Gross - Based on experience & interview.

Monday - Friday - 6:45am - 5pm
