MSA Outsourcing Solutions is actively hiring self driven, multi-skilled Virtual Assistants to join various campaigns in our virtual services team. Joining our USA based business, you will be focusing on various sectors, providing on demand responses and solutions.

Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-11pm daylight savings dependent).

**Main Tasks**
*Receiving Inbound Calls
*Making Outbound Calls
*Maintaining Client Contact Daily
*Creating positive reputation for clients and stakeholders
*Completing regularly delegated tasks

*Computer proficiency
*Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
*Ability to write clear and detailed reports
*Strong ability to multi-task
*High attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Virtual Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Secretarial: 1 year (preferred)
