Our City Bowl family clients are seeking a Governess Type Au Pair WITH Degree preferably in Teaching/Education to run their children's lives & see to the smooth running of their very busy household. They will be moving to the Southern Suburbs in the next few months but the children go to school in the City Bowl. They have 2 daughters of 8 and 9 years.

**TIMES**:

- Mondays to Fridays (Term Time) from 6.30am to 8am THEN again from 1pm m to 6pm
- During Holiday Time the hours will be from 7am to 5pm also Mondays to Fridays.

**They seek an au pair who**:

- has a teaching qualification/ degree.
- has a fun, outgoing resilient personality.
- is extremely capable, organized, and acts independently of validation and supervision.
- loves pets - dogs and cats
- is confident enough to handle 2 smart spirited girls with strong characters
- IS the MOM during the day ( their mom is an MD with a very busy working schedule, as is Dad

**DESCRIPTION**:

- Arrive at 6.30am ( if you are a slow starter this job is not for you)
- Organize your day, check the children's calendars. Make lists for the day's happenings/shopping etc.
- Organize the girl’s lunch boxes, create shopping lists and make weekly menus for dinners for the kids etc
- The Governess type Au Pair is solely responsible for organizing the children's calendars, all school related responsibilities as well as organizing the home and PA to the Mom where required.
- 6.30am also get the girls up & going, pack lunches etc.
- Drop the girls off at school. Then do a quick round of errands/ shopping.
- 'Free time' from 8am-ish but 'on call' if anyone is sick or the household needs you.
- From 1pm run some more errands/ make calls / shop/ organise things at the family home etc.
- Pick up the children from their school & take them to extra murals and sport activities.
- Take them to doctors & other appointments.
- Assist with homework, & studying for tests. Make sure they are up to date with projects etc
- Before you leave in the evening ensure that all is in order in the home and the girls have packed all for the next day of school and extra murals.
- Spending quality time with the 2 girls is very important. As is arranging playdates and running a fun program for the school holidays.
