**Managed People Solutions **is looking to hire **a general office cleaner **to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

**Job Purpose**

The General Office Cleaner is responsible to ensure that the office is clean and presentable at all times. This role would be responsible to do general daily cleaning as well as intensive weekly cleaning of all carpeted offices in the building. The General Office Cleaner is to ensure that there is stock of groceries and general office supplies as required.

**Responsibilities**
- General office cleanliness
- Office Bathroom Daily Cleanliness
- Ensure that the Office Bathroom area is cleaned intensively weekly
- Meeting Rooms and Boardroom are intensively cleaned as per schedule
- Stairs, Landing and Bottom of the stairs are intensively cleaned as per schedule
- Daily task sheet completed, Reception / Coffee Shop is always presentable
- Weekly intensive clean as per schedule, Reception and Coffee Shop is to always be presentable.
- Weekly intensive cleaning as per schedule, Offices are always presentable
- Archive Room to always be presentable
- Ensure that the general cleanliness in the kitchens is maintained daily
- Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
- Office in intensively cleaned once a week including: Carpet vacuumed, Floors washed, Desks washed including sides, Chairs cleaned, Window sills cleaned, Windows cleaned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education level : Grade 10
- 1-2 years experience

**Closing Date : 14 March 2023 (Tuesday)**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office management: 2 years (preferred)
