Green Riders, a leading provider of sustainable last-mile delivery services in South Africa, is seeking a **highly organized** and **detail-oriented **individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager. This role will primarily involve overseeing and managing our warehouse systems, parts, and stock, as well as supervising the technicians and staff working in the warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Control and manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and parts distribution.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse systems and processes to optimize workflow and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Supervise and train warehouse technicians and staff in your systems to maintain high-quality standards and efficient operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities with delivery schedules.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- _Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail._
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement efficient warehouse systems and processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Own car/ able to reliably travel to Rivergate a must
- _**You *do not* need technical experience**_ _- this is an admin, and management role of a warehouse._

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Rivergate/Parklands, Cape Town. - The office may move to Milnerton over the next few months.
- Working hours: The warehouse operates from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week. While you will not be expected to be present for the entire duration, effective planning and coordination with other team members during your off-hours will be necessary.
- Salary range: R12,000 to R18,000 per month, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and knowledge.
