Role Purpose

Provide an effective and efficient service to clients and intermediaries by accurately approving Investment only transactions, ensuring all transactions are processed within the agreed service levels to support the operations of the Fund.
Requirements

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
- Proficient in Intermediate MS Excel, I.e. V-Lookups
- 3 - 5 Years' relevant quality controller experience
- Employee Benefits experience is preferred
- Successful Completion of Yenzani training will be advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the daily workflow to ensure all transaction instructions are processed.
- Check all investment trades to ensure the transactions are processed and in the trade cycle.
- Check and approve all investment trades for the Individual Member Choice (IMC) funds ensuring that the relevant member records are updated correctly.
- Check and approve all disinvestment trades ensuring all the relevant audit requirements and policy conditions are adhered to and processed within the service level agreed time.
- Check and approve disinvestment trades for the IMC funds ensuring all policy conditions are adhered to and accurate values are paid within the service level agreed time.
- Ensure monthly balance reports and Investment Statements on IMC funds are distributed to clients within the service level agreed time.
- Ensure monthly fees are processed and checked when due.
- Administration of investment only business which includes inflows, outflows, installation and distribution of monthly statements.
- Ensure that monthly statements are sent within the service level agreements.
- Investigate client queries within the agreed service level and ensure that client receives timeous and accurate feedback.
- Escalate client queries to the relevant department or stakeholder as and when required.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to create a consistent client experience.
- Professionally draft relevant correspondence to clients as and when needed.
- Take accountability for service delivery.
- Support the Administration Manager that enables efficient and effective client service.
