**Requirements**:

- **Grade 12** (Matric)
- At least **2 years of experience** in cleaning
- Age between **25 and 50 years**
- Must have a **clean criminal record**
- Ability to perform physical tasks and follow instructions
- Clean and sanitise communal toilets
- Remove waste to a designated municipality collection area
- Sweep or mop tiled floors in main walkways
- Office cleaning
- Kitchen cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of main entrances and walkways
- Pick up litter in the parking area and remove it to the dedicated area daily
- Provide refuse bags for bins daily, when required
- Remove weeds in and around the centre
- Deep cleaning/chemical treatment of ablutions once a month
- Clean and check all internal/external drains daily and remove debris
