As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary goal is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the specified quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning**:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

Collaborate with other professionals to define project goals and objectives.

**Budget Management**:
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

Track and report budget variances, providing proactive solutions to address potential issues.

**Timeline Management**:
Develop detailed project schedules and timelines.

Monitor and control project timelines, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.

**Contract Management**:
Oversee the procurement process, including bid evaluation and contractor selection.

Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

**Quality Assurance**:
Ensure that construction activities comply with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections to monitor work progress and quality of deliverables.

**Risk Management**:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Implement risk management plans to address unforeseen challenges during the construction process.

**Communication and Collaboration**:
Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders.

Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to ensure alignment with project goals.

**Team Leadership**:
Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Delegate tasks appropriately and provide guidance to ensure team members meet project objectives.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Prepare regular progress reports.

**Safety Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents.

**Requirements**:
Qualification in Construction Management.

6+ years proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.

Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license.
