Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to determine project scope, objectives, and specifications.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and costeffective project delivery.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, quality standards, and building codes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential delays or problems.
  • Review and analyze project documents, contracts, and designs to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to foster effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally within the commercial construction industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively oversee and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
