Our **Tooling Client** is currently looking for a **Bookkeeper (6 months contract)** based in **Kempton Park**

**Must be available Immediately**

**Job Requirements**
- Must reside within the Gauteng Province
- Minimum of 5 years in Bookkeeping and Accounts Payable
- Matric or equivalent
- Relevant qualification
- SAP experience essential
- No Credit nor Criminal Record or charges
- Availability - IMMEDIATE

**Duties**:

- Full function to Trial Balance
- Processing of General ledger entries
- Reconciling of general ledger accounts
- Daily upload of Bank statements to SAP
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash flow forecasts
- Fixed asset register control and maintenance
- Posting of monthly depreciation
- Processing Staff and third-party payments
- Process and control provisions and pre-payments
- Analyses of general ledger and reporting on variances
- Processing stock invoices (Local and foreign)
- Preparing monthly reconciliation of creditors ledgers
- Capturing month-end accruals
- Assisting with supplier queries

Salary Range - depending on experience

R24 000 - R29 000.00 per month

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Elandsfontein, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- bookkeeper: 5 years (required)
- Full function to Trial Balance: 5 years (required)
- Processing of General ledger entries: 5 years (required)
- Reconciling of general ledger accounts: 5 years (required)
