Key Responsibilities:

- Technical training on all products internal and external.
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Generate plant audit reports with service growth opportunities as key focus.
- New technology cost saving initiatives.
- Assist with Case study compilation.
- Basic understanding of Service Level agreement process and compilation.
- Implement Change management concepts on customer sites which shows maintenance strategy improvements.
- Focus on optimization and value added concepts across customer sites.
- Manage training certificate process.
- Training room customer bookings in line with recoveries.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Qualified Millwright /Artisan
- Knowledge on pump assembly and building on both slurry pumps and dewatering pumps
- At least 10 years’ experience as field service technician
- Working independently
- Excellent report writing skills
- Good Client relationship
- Arrange all trips for training internal and external/overseas
- Provide technical support on the product, internally and externally
- Site visits and troubleshooting
- Technical product presentations to customers / internal technicians
- Support Weir employees with technical support
- Adhere to HSE and housekeeping requirements at the branches and customers sites
- Adhere to Duty of Care Policy
