- Provide support and maintain the voice infrastructure
- Monitor voice servers, SIP trunks and gateways for problems (Switchboard system, Call mangers, Transcoders, Session Boarder Controllers, and voice gateways)
- Provide support to end-users for cisco handsets and call center soft phones
- Configure and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Submit reports on the telephony system performance on a monthly basis

**Requirements**:

- IT related degree/diploma
- N+
- CCNA/CCNP Collaboration a must
- CCNA/CCNPF Routing & Switching An advantage.
- CCNA Wireless an advantage
- IT experience: 5 years minimum
