**Job Summary / Overview**
The Head of Recruitment is fully accountable for the high-performance delivery of all operational recruitment activity across the organisation, inspiring their team to be a leading force in the contact centre recruitment environment.
As an expert in stakeholder management and a key influencer in the business, the Head of Recruitment plays a critical contributory role in the overall success of the organisation, and so must be of a highly tolerant nature, with the ability to appropriately challenge at a senior level, and steer the recruitment team to adopt innovative and creative solutions to ensure future resilience and success.
Working collaboratively with other departments will be essential to ensuring success, and so the ability to be a strong team player, and build long-term meaningful professional relationships is also critical.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities **_(may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)_
- Direct line management responsibility for a team of Recruitment Delivery Manager/s and centralized recruitment support roles
- Regularly monitors the resourcing needs across the function, and the utilization of Recruitment Assistants, to be within agreed commercial ratios at all times

- Fully responsible for managing the recruitment budget, incorporating attraction, advertising and team labor costs
- Leads whole Recruitment function to deliver against all operational and team KPIs, driving consistently high recruitment performance across the entire organisation
- Works closely with key stakeholders and partner organizations to ensure a collaborative and business partnering approach can be adopted, to optimize understanding of requirements, challenges, opportunities, and risks to delivery
- Owns, assesses and re-scopes the entire recruitment and onboarding journey, contributing improvements and transformation across the whole estate
- Is the in-country “Onboarding Champion” for the Global Teleperformance Onboarding network
- Is the in-country point of contact for all Global Teleperformance Recruitment initiatives, networking activities and support
- Drives efficiencies across all recruitment activities and operating models, through automation, intelligent use of systems and resources, streamlining of processes and creative working - without compromising delivery of service
- Fosters an environment where continuous improvement of results and innovative thinking is encouraged, without compromising quality of recruitment delivery
- Champions change and works with HR and other departments to ensure business change programmes are successfully implemented
- Works closely with the Teleperformance Global Recruitment network and in-country teams to ensure Global BEST Recruitment & Selection standards are consistently adopted in the UK & South Africa geographies, and new recruitment tools and initiatives are implemented
- Collaborates with stakeholders in Training, HR and Operational Delivery to ensure the Company’s Onboarding Programme is continuously improving to deliver the best possible experience for new employees joining the business, implementing changes as needed in the recruitment journey
- Ensures key statistics relating to all aspects of recruitment activity are being recorded/tracked, and produces detailed reports and presentations on recruitment performance to relevant internal stakeholders
- Ensures the effective onboarding of all new Recruitment Team members takes place
- Manages the agency Preferred Supplier List and maintains relationships with agency partners
- Builds and develops positive and useful relationships with a range of stakeholders, across internal departments including Operational Delivery, Work Force Management, Training, HR, Projects & Change, Client Services, Business Development and others
- Works collaboratively with HR to develop the Employee Value Proposition and promote Teleperformance as an employer of choice
- Takes steps to keep knowledge up to date of new innovations and best practice approaches in recruitment & selection, as well as keeping close to labor market trends and risks
- Demonstrates a confident level of knowledge of country-specific employment and local labor laws across both UK and South Africa regions and ensures all recruitment practices are compliant with those laws
- Attends internal and client meetings as required as a Senior Recruitment representative
- Provides leadership and clear direction, whilst actively engaging and supporting the ongoing development and coaching of team members to ensure optimum performance
- Leads a business culture where data protection, security and prevention of fraud is a top priority for all job roles within team, driving full compliance with all GECSP, HR and other policies
