An estate practitioner is a professional who helps people buy, sell, rent, or manage property. They are licensed by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and must adhere to a strict code of ethics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Conduct property valuations
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
- Prepare and submit documentation to the PPRA
- Advise clients on legal and financial matters related to property
- Manage the rental process for landlords
- Maintain records of all transactions
- Stay up-to-date on market trends

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills,
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- NQF Level 4 National Certificate in Property Practice
- 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Must have had at least some experience in deceased estates whilst in articles or employment post admission.

**Salary**: R500,000.00 per year
