**Our client, a Well-Established Food Manufacturing Company is looking to employ a Qualified Distribution Manager.**

You will be responsible for:

- Organising the safe and efficient receipt and dispatch of warehouse goods.
- Optimally utilise and retain long-term value of fleet.
- Provide a logistics service which will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of in and outbound logistics.
- Inter Company transfer to the storage facilities at a market related cost while driving profitability for the logistics function.
- Manage the fleet to ensure it is reliable, optimally utilised and retains long term value.

**You are required to have at least 5 years’ logistics experience in the roll of managing fleet of long and short distance vehicles and skilled in the following**:

- Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent qualification.
- Additional Supply Chain Qualifications will be advantageous.
- Ability to turn an unprofitable distribution division into a profitable business.
- Results driven, adding value.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Knowledge of warehousing.
- Budgeting and cost management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- People and team management skills.
- Conflict management skills.
- Running of efficient Meetings, Minute taking.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Witbank, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
