**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Trade Test / National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 3 to 4 years experience in planning
- 1 to 2 years experience in Medium voltage Switchgear Industry
- Management Qualifications / Certificate would be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of Mine & Safety regulations
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate Lotus Notes & Microsoft

**Working Conditions**:

- Field Services, both indoors and outdoors
- Mining and Factory environment
- Must reside in the Witbank area

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Planning of day-to-day activities for Field Services and active projects
- Customer Liaison and supplier liaison
- On-Site Technical assessment and assistance
- Must have extensive knowledge of MV Switchgear and Mini substations, both mechanical & electrical
- Extensive knowledge of Servicing & installation of MV switchgear
- Must have a good understanding of Power Distribution Networks
- Rapport, writing and interpretation of test certificates and results
- Must be willing to assist field services team on site from time to time whenever required
- Must be familiar with procurement processes such as quotes, tenders etc.
- Must be able to manage a team on site on a supervisory position on an ad hoc basis
