National Emergency Response company is looking to recruit a IT Technician. The IT Technician provides computer or network support for our organisation. They assist departments and its users with installation, troubleshooting and diagnosing possible hardware and software issues.

**Duties and responsibilities of the job**
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Installing, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Ability to work independently
- Daily report on daily tasks
- Assisting in organizing office equipment

**Qualifications and Certifications**
- An IT and networking qualification/certification (e.g. A+, N+, MCSE)

**Experience Required**
- You are expected to have relevant IT experience and be able to diagnose and repair PC problem.
- Experience with networking and diagnosing network faults.
- You should have experience dealing with customers.
- Minimum of 1 year experience required.

**Salary Negotiable**
- Basic - R10 000.00
- Bonus - R2 000.00

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month
