- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and drive event sales.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential event opportunities and target markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event proposals and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, revenue targets, and event ROI.
- Work alongside brilliant marketers with a proven track record of success in the worlds of e-commerce and NFTs

**To succeed in this role, you should have**:

- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the events and e-commerce industry.
- Strong track record of successfully generating leads and closing sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to secure profitable contracts.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A passion for growing and an undeniable desire to succeed
