Jonsson Workwear boasts its own Brand Communications team responsible for creating and delivering inspiring, meaningful and informative content around our brand.

Sponsorships forms an integral element of building our brand. The role of Sponsorship Coordinator will involve looking after our diverse sponsorship portfolio; building and maintaining relationships across a diverse range of people and organisations, as well as conceptualising and implementing various activations.

**The main responsibilities of the role include**:

- Proactively focus on continuous brand development.
- Constantly be on the look-out for new opportunities to leverage our current and new sponsorships; striving to get a 3:1 return on investment.
- Create opportunities to implement activations across all brand communication platforms - instore, social media.
- Encourage and inspire our people across the business through internal activations and communication.
- Effectively drive projects from idea conception to project completion.
- Review and report back on project effectiveness and implementation.
- Inspire and lead a team to assist in delivering an activation.
- Not afraid of “physical” work - collecting and carrying product/boxes/equipment; loading assembling, dismantling and cleaning of branding/equipment.
- Quickly and effectively problem-solve, devising workable solutions to unexpected challenges.
- Create and reconcile budget, as well as compile project costing, ensuring that budget is adhered to.
- Work alongside various groups and teams across the broader business.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the sports industry preferable.
