Purpose of the job:
This position is responsible for timeous processing of all claims and capturing of pricing credit on approval.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily printing of pricing claims received electronically from customers
- Ensure pricing schedules are accurately completed
- Ensure credits are passed timeously and correctly after approval from Sales Department
- Daily printing of stock return claims received electronically from customers and submit to Credit Controllers and relevant sites
- Weekly follow up with sites regarding stock return claims that need to be credited
- Assist Credit Control department with Ad-hoc related duties Competencies (knowledge, skills and attributes):
**Qualification Requirements**:

- Grade 12

**Experience Requirements**:

- Previous experience in FMCG environment
- Working knowledge of Excel and MS Word
- 1-2 years claims clerk experience
