ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and reach out to hiring managers, CTOs, and HR leaders at tech-driven companies
  • Generate leads via Cold Calling
  • Position our recruiting services effectively and book intro calls or discovery sessions
  • Build a strong client pipeline across software, product, and data roles
Client Management & Technical Scoping
  • Conduct client intake calls to understand hiring needs, tech stacks, and team dynamics
  • Work with internal teams to define job briefs and ideal candidate profiles
  • Educate clients on talent market trends, time-to-hire expectations, and sourcing strategies
  • Serve as a point of contact between clients and internal recruiters/sourcers
Talent Pipeline Coordination (Optional/As Needed)
  • Collaborate with sourcing/recruiting team to ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Review and screen technical candidates (mid-level+)
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client input
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in tech recruiting, preferably in an agency or RPO model
  • Experience working with clients in a consultative, business-facing capacity
  • Comfortable reaching out cold to potential clients and building rapport
  • Understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a client-first mindset
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar
