Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead Nurture's global marketing initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, capable of operating in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and proposition development, with the ability to drive growth and enhance Nurture's market presence worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies that align with Nurture's mission and business objectives.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to meet the evolving needs of a startup environment.

Brand Development and Management:

  • Define and maintain Nurture's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials globally.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with diverse audiences, including students, academic institutions, and government bodies.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.

Proposition Development:

  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create and refine value propositions that meet the needs of our diverse global customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform product positioning.

Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with university partners, government agencies, and employers worldwide to promote Nurture's offerings and establish strategic alliances.
  • Represent Nurture at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and thought leadership.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
  • Monitor expenditures and report on the effectiveness of marketing investments.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to build brand awareness and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
