About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on strategic leadership and process improvement.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex operations and leading teams, preferably in a remote-first organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in modern operations management tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable.
