Our client, a global tech firm, is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their team in Pretoria on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates, and a great working environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to SAP Finance, ensuring that contracts are adhered to and services meet business needs.
  2. Vendor management, procurement, and invoicing.
  3. Tracking and tracing all IT-related procurement, invoice, and payments related flows to completion.
  4. Applying and adhering to financial and operational controls and procedures and general IT administration tasks.
  5. Must have knowledge of procurement processes.
  6. Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations.
  7. Support the team in ensuring contracts, licensing, and admin are up to date.
  8. Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration.
  9. Assisting with operational and capital cost processing tasks.
  10. Assisting with budget cycles.
Requirements
  1. Finance / Audit related Diploma / Degree would be advantageous.
  2. High level of MS Office proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint experience preferred.
  3. Experience on SAP software, invoice management processes, and requisition management processes.
  4. A minimum of 4 years' experience as an IT finance administrator or similar role.
  5. Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
  6. Experience in financial & audit reporting.
