Role Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll, ensuring accurate time records, pay calculations, and resolving discrepancies efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Check and resolve missed clockings.
- Capture leave records accurately.
- Follow up on timesheet queries with employees, supervisors, and managers.
- Fix errors and print timesheets.
- Verify invoices against the invoice list.
- Submit invoices for sign-off and then to the Finance department.
- Labour Broker Timesheets :
- Print and send weekly timesheets.
- Capture leave and load employees on Eco-Time.
- Enroll employee fingerprints and amend clockings.
- Follow up on invoice queries and submit invoices to the labour broker.
- ESS (Employee Self Service) :
- Register employees for the ESS portal.
- Reset passwords, approve leave, and print sick notes from ESS.
- Payroll Administration :
- Remove input from the previous month's payroll folders for filing.
- Attach input to timesheets and load new employees.
- Calculate hours worked, sign off on timesheets, and print payroll reports.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll.
- Experience with Sage 300 is advantageous.
- Strong experience with timesheets and payroll.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- High attention to detail.
- Decision-making ability and problem-solving skills.
