  2. Overseeing payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
  4. Assisting with recruitment processes and onboarding.
  5. Managing leave and attendance records.
  6. Handling employee queries and concerns.
  7. Contributing to HR reporting and analysis.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration.
  2. Proficiency in HR and Payroll software.
  3. Experience with Pastel or VIP software is advantageous.
  4. Relevant National Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field.
