Our client based in Durban is seeking a dynamic highly skilled Personal Assistant to join their team. This individual must have strong marketing and office Administrator skills. They would be responsible for providing day-to-day office operations, assisting with marketing initiatives, and providing executive assistance to the CEO, COO and the Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
  2. Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules.
  3. Coordinate office operations and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors.
  4. Support the marketing team with content creation, social media management, and email campaigns.
  5. Process reimbursements as requested and approved.
  6. Reconcile credit card & loyalty statements.
  7. Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to resolve related queries.
  8. Co-ordinate the company's statutory document submissions and follow ups.
  9. Engage with Legal and Compliance to ensure that service provider contracts and SLAs are up to date and tracked correctly.
  10. Allocate and reconcile petty cash as required.
  11. Relieve switchboard when required.
  12. Ensure annual renewals for cell phones, post box & car licenses are done timeously.
  13. General office ad hoc duties such as taking minutes, typing, filing, scanning, etc.
  14. Maintenance of company insurance policy.
  15. Process payments and requisitions through the agreed process as required.
  16. Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional events.
  17. Maintain and update client and marketing databases.

  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  4. Ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task.
  5. Strong administrative skills.
  6. Driver's license & own transport.
  7. High levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  8. Ability to keep calm under pressure.
  9. Good interpersonal manner.
Education / Experience:
  1. Secretarial course / office admin certificate will be an advantage.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in a related / relevant field of work is required.
  3. Proven track record of good work performance is essential.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Marketing skills.
  6. Valid driver's license with own vehicle.
