Personal Assistant

- Minimum of 8 years experience as a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Proven experience in handling both business and personal affairs for a senior executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Essential: Must be willing to travel to Nottingham road 3-4 times monthly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
- Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Assist with personal and household management tasks as required.
- Coordinate and manage key business and personal events.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Arrange and oversee business-related errands, appointments, and engagements.
- Manage expense tracking, budgets, and financial reconciliations for the CEO.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
