About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Risk Analyst to join their established team, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks across the organization. You will develop and implement robust risk management frameworks, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and provide strategic insights to senior management to ensure the company's stability and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's enterprise risk management framework.
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments and analyze potential impacts on business operations and financial performance.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and emerging risk trends.
- Collaborate with various departments to embed risk management best practices into daily operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs on risk awareness and management for staff.
- Advise senior leadership on risk mitigation strategies and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in risk analysis or a related field within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical modeling.
- Experience with risk management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) are a significant advantage.
