nGage Cape Town is based in beautiful Granger Bay and provides its employees with a modern infrastructure and ecosystem where you'll get to work with some of the most talented recruiters in the world, and from one of the most beautiful locations.

We are looking for some talented UK recruiters to join our business in our London offices for 6 months, with the intention to relocate to Cape Town and join our teams officially thereafter.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the energy industry.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Client & Candidate Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand Smart4Energy's footprint within the energy sector.
  • Client Acquisition & Management: Build and manage relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored talent solutions. Develop proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or business development with experience recruiting candidates within mining, oil and gas; IT; finance; or renewable energy.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage projects and financials.
  • Positive mindset and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly focused on a collaborative and supportive workspace culture.
  • Understanding of the energy sector and related verticals is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.
