Role Purpose: To drive business change that delivers value through the structured implementation and delivery of projects against time, resource, money and scope constraints.

Are you someone who can:

  1. Give input to the development of the project budget
  2. Monitor project resources and spend against agreed budget
  3. Report on project spend throughout the project as agreed
  4. Build relationships that allow for managing expectations, sharing knowledge and diverse insights, and creating buy-in
  5. Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and provide work support
  6. Compile and maintain relevant project documentation in accordance with agreed project procedures and methodologies
  7. Report on project progress at agreed intervals in accordance with agreed templates and formats
  8. Provide additional supporting reporting as identified and required, for example, risk analysis and reports
  9. Follow a predetermined project approach to progress through the relevant project phases
  10. Drive and report on project milestones and deliverables
  11. Escalate any issues and risks identified for resolution
  12. Follow change control procedures and manage projects according to identified standards
  13. Conduct a project close out and provide input into ongoing benefit realisation tracking
  14. Handover "after project" tasks and responsibilities as identified in the project plan
  15. Develop and implement a change plan for the project
  16. Ensure that the most applicable communications are applied throughout the delivery of the project
  17. Ensure that adequate training is provided to relevant stakeholders
  18. Take full responsibility for performance management of all direct reports
  19. Engage in recruitment development, performance management, remuneration and rewards, career path planning, on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring
  20. Ensure appropriate levels of management and accountability
  21. Motivate, delegate, and empower appropriately
  22. Work with the team to actively grow their skills and lead them in operational excellence

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in legal, Risk, Compliance or relevant 3 year degree

3 - 6 years work experience in a Compliance role, Financial Services experience preferred.
