In this role, you'll play a key part in our growth by identifying client needs, building lasting relationships, and providing tailored software solutions that help businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their unique business challenges.
- Present and demonstrate Fusion Software's diverse range of solutions, from CRM and Projects to HR and Manufacturing platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or tech solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
- 2+ years of proven experience in software sales, with a strong track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of business processes in industries such as CRM, Job Management, Stock Management, Project Management, Accounting, or professional services (preferred).
- Ability to translate client challenges into software solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Experience with CRM or ERP solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team environment.
- Competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure.
