Position Overview:

As a Team Leader with Tourism, Sales and Customer Services experience, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service within our dynamic sales team. Whether you have experience as a sales agent or as a team leader, we're looking for someone with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the tourism industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of agents who have combined sales and customer service experience to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to sales agents, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales and customer services role within the hospitality/travel industry, with a track record of success in achieving targets and upselling sales, driving revenue growth.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality/travel products and services, as well as market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
