It Technician

We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented Photographer to join our vibrant team and elevate our visual presentation.

The Photographer is responsible for capturing and processing high-quality images of our clothing products, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity online, ensuring that each photograph accurately represents our brand's aesthetic and engages our customers.

1. Shoot exceptional, high-quality product images with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
2. Curate and select images that best represent our brand aesthetic for website uploads.
3. Administer and organize all photographic content within our in-house content management system.
4. Prepare and process images utilizing Adobe Creative Suite ensuring optimal quality.
5. Develop and storyboard the visual narrative for a brief in collaboration with the creative team.
6. Create moodboards that shape the aesthetic direction and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
7. Plan and structure key shots, considering timelines and production activities for seamless execution.
8. Evaluate and adjust studio and product lighting, backgrounds, moods, dimensions, and set arrangements to ensure the best photographic outcomes.
9. Collaborate closely with stylists and the Studio Lead to deliver consistently excellent photographic results.
10. Maintain equipment and studio space, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

1. Matric certificate.
2. Relevant qualification or diploma in Photography or Visual Arts.
3. Minimum of one-year professional experience in commercial photography.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to photography and editing.
5. Demonstrated experience in product styling.
6. Proven administrative and organizational skills.
7. Strong retouching and image editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite).
8. Practical knowledge and experience in studio lighting setups and photographic techniques for product photography.
9. Experience in shooting and editing product images specifically for e-commerce platforms is highly advantageous.
10. A genuine passion for fashion and up-to-date knowledge of fashion industry trends and developments.
11. Strong visual aesthetics and creative judgment.
12. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
13. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
14. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
15. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
