- Escalation point for L1 engineers
- Direct support for SLA customers

- Firewalling and UTM
- Endpoint security
- Security frameworks and architectures
- Web application firewalling

- Vulnerability assessments and their nature

- Security consulting
- Advanced skill in Fortinet Product Suite
- High level of competency in Routing and Switching environments
