Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Data capturing of all payroll correspondence
  2. Managing the Body Corporate Staff leave and overtime
  3. Data analysing and reporting
  4. Liaising with respective Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Administrators
  5. Attending to Payroll queries
  6. Attending to HR queries including warnings & disciplinary processes
  7. Submissions of WCA
  8. SARS submissions of EMP 201's & EMP 501's
  9. Reconciling payroll 3rd party payments (SARS, UIF, SDL, Garnishees etc.)
  10. Assisting the HR Manager when required with various tasks
Minimum Qualifications Required By The Position
  1. Matriculation
  2. Tertiary qualification - Human Resources & Payroll
Minimum Experience Required By The Position
  1. Min 3 years' experience as a Payroll Administrator.
  2. Computer literate (MS Office)
  3. Effective verbal and written communications skills
  4. Conflict management skills
  5. Excellent Project management and time management skills
  6. Must have dedication and an excellent sense of customer service.
  7. Driver's license and reliable transport
  8. Knowledge of updated legislation i.e. LRA, EEA, OHS, etc.
