Job Description
This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing processes required to sustain knowledge management in the organisation. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
Induction Sessions- Representing Old Mutual during the induction sessions professionally.
- Clearly explain Old Mutual services to new employees.
- Obtain consent from employees to request their Credit Report.
- Explain the Credit report and their financial situation.
- Use tools provided by Old Mutual to assist employees with their budgeting.
- Explain annuity options available to employees at retirement.
- Facilitate legal support for employees with garnishee orders and with loan agreements.
- Assist employees with financial-related queries.
- Arrange financial education workshops to improve financial literacy of employees.
- Contribute towards improvement of basic understanding of tax and wills.
- Build relationships with senior leadership team, relevant trade unions, and HR representatives.
- Provide support and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Produce site reports for monthly activity.
NQF4, RE 5, and FAIS compliant advantageous.
Responsibilities- Perform routine administrative duties such as drafting correspondences, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining data, and assisting internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
- Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans.
- Prepare routine letters, emails, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by more senior colleagues or a senior executive.
- Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices.
- Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others to speed up office workflow.
- Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources.
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
- Monitor and analyze data using budgeting systems and protocols.
- Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills.
- Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures.
- Support others by carrying out simple procurement tasks.
