To provide comprehensive analysis of Group reward policies and processes, external market trends, regulations and legislations as well as provide remuneration and employee benefit specialist support for key reward initiatives, including talent mobility process, salary review processes, functional remuneration and incentive schemes, as well as policy and processes to support the development and implementation of an effective reward strategy.
Level Summary- This function exists to implement the reward and performance strategy, policies and to deliver the reward structure and philosophy.
- Support the talent agenda challenges in terms of attraction, retention and motivation of key employees.
- Administer compensation plans and practices with the objective to attract and retain talent and the governance talent management practices going forward.
- Provide support to the Head of Total Reward on various remuneration related matters.
- Responsible for survey submissions.
- Research reward practices and trends for continuous improvement processes.
- Contributes to the design and development of rewards and benefit policies in the Group.
- Supports the operation of reward and recognition plans, including administration, governance and control, and ensures effective delivery of these.
- Works with HRBPs to ensure that Policy and Rules are understood and clearly communicated.
- Able to build credibility with key business managers and external suppliers.
- Analyse information and select best solution from a range of alternative solutions.
- Works with HR Business Partners to ensure that the rewards practices are aligned to the Remuneration Philosophy.
- Embed a culture of high performance by providing guidance to Business on applying pay differentiation notwithstanding internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Is successful in engaging and building credibility with HR colleagues.
- Works with HRBPs and the business to drive the reward, recognition and performance management agenda.
- Assumes full accountability in conducting market benchmarks and interpreting results to inform the pay decisions which will place the company at a competitive level.
- Acts as technical specialist and consultant in designated compensation areas.
- Combines highly developed technical knowledge and experience with commercial understanding to align advice and solutions with business goals.
- Able to translate technical information to non-technical users to influence decision making.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel.
- Must be able to work under pressure, deliver on deadlines and successfully manage deliverables.
