Cybersecurity Business Development Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can source new clients, attend new client meetings, manage the sales cycle from the first meeting to the conclusion of the sale and manage the sales pipeline through the CRM system. The employee's performance will be measured in terms of sales and activity against quarterly targets.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, motivated, and persistent with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust. Must be someone who demonstrates deep customer expertise and empathy, who is committed to achieving brilliant experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads and leverage marketing and networking opportunities to create sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct executive-level sales engagements (either face to face or remote) and establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, understanding the technical needs of the customer and articulating the value of i360's products and solutions in meeting those needs at an Enterprise Level.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, business cases, PoC's and sales contracts in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Conclude commercial and contractual negotiations.
  • Manage and monitor client implementations.
  • Manage client handovers to Account Management.
  • Be proactive in developing and maintaining the required level of knowledge in cyber technologies.
  • Compete with other Partners in a competitive market and ensuring that our products and professional services are an attractive option.
  • Promote the Integrity360 'brand' by exceeding customer expectation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the sales experience.
  • Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Experience: Have at least 7+ years IT sales experience in a target driven environment.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Deep understanding of cybersecurity and knowledge of leading cybersecurity products.
  • Education: Tertiary education is preferable.
  • Sales Track Record: Have a track record of exceeding new business sales revenue targets.
  • Business Acumen: Have an understanding of business decision-making and procurement processes.
  • Passion for Technology: Enthusiastic about cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Travel: Ability to travel locally or internationally as required.
