What You'll Do:

  1. Customize, automate, and integrate Zoho One applications (CRM, Desk, Books, Creator, Analytics, and more).
  2. Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  3. Perform seamless data migrations and third-party integrations.
  4. Support clients remotely and occasionally visit onsite to ensure top-notch delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience: 5 years as a Zoho developer with a strong focus on customizations and automations.
  2. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in APIs, scripting, and Zoho integrations.
  3. Problem Solver: Ability to design solutions for unique client needs.
  4. Professionalism: Comfortable interfacing with South African and UK clients.
  5. Flexibility: Availability to travel to client sites occasionally.

Location:

Remote (South Africa-based). Occasional local client visits required.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Matric and diploma/degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years experience administering an ERP system.
  3. Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
  4. Experience in report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modeling is advantageous.
  5. Must have experience managing projects, setting up, and deploying information systems.
  6. Experience in Microsoft 365 products and business reporting tools/solutions will be advantageous.

  1. Knowledge: Computer literate, Excel, ERP systems.
  2. Skills and Abilities: Have a good understanding of business processes and the documentation thereof.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
