Business Development Specialist - International Recruitment

We are a dynamic South African recruitment agency specializing in connecting top-tier local talent with international clients. Our focus is on facilitating remote work opportunities, enabling South African professionals to contribute effectively to global teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Identify and analyze international markets with a demand for remote talent, focusing on industries and regions with growth potential.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract international clients requiring recruitment services for remote positions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities, including progress reports and market feedback.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry or related sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of international recruitment dynamics.
