This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
  2. Drive year-on-year account growth through value-added initiatives and solution-based selling.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within accounts.
  4. Work closely with product management and marketing teams to formulate and execute product campaigns.
  5. Outbound Sales & Account Reactivation: Actively initiate contact with dormant accounts to reconnect and discuss their past experiences with the company. Re-engage clients by offering tailored solutions that encourage them to resume using the company's products or services. Foster positive relationships with inactive clients, understand their current needs, and provide personalized solutions to rekindle the business connection.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business strategies and aligning solutions accordingly. Maintain strong relationships with customers. Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience across all touchpoints.
  7. Internal Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to align strategies for reactivating dormant accounts. Liaise with internal departments including finance, service, and warehouse to ensure seamless account management. Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
  8. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Plan and facilitate training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders. Educate clients on product innovations, best practices, and the latest technology trends impacting their industry. Continuously upskill on brands, OEMs, and solutions to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  5. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proactive mindset.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  8. Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience.
