We are inviting applications for the role of Human Resources Operations Admin – Manager - English-Onsite Johannesburg In this role, you will be responsible to work closely with and within Property & Casualty Insurance Finance operations management team.

Responsibilities
  1. Participate in the establishment and development of the operation, leveraging previous (HR outsourcing) experience in order to provide a differentiated service to the client.
  2. Ensure delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement, as well as standards of service (relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency, etc.).
  3. Initiate, design, and implement business process excellence improvements.
  4. Demonstrate, and seek to deepen, an awareness of business/industry issues and drivers.
  5. Make decisions to improve the operation of the assigned service line and contribute to the advancement of the clients and Genpact business.
  6. Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization.
  7. Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests.
  8. Operation Management: Responsible for repeatable, predictable, and measurable operations.
  9. In-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Genpact for different geographies.
  10. Raise relevant quality and/or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamline decision-making processes where possible.
  11. Must have a clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.
  12. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g., SLA, OLA, KPI. Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client.
  13. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
  14. Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically.
  15. Create a logical plan, realistic estimates, and schedule for an activity or project segment.
  16. Ensure progress, issues, and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.
  17. Assist Team with performing "Root Cause Analysis" on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  18. Actively participate in all process-related business meetings in-person or virtually through conference calls.
  19. Liaise with Genpact Local IT to escalate Technology issues being faced by the Team.
  20. Participate in and/or support during Client visits.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualification
  • B. Com/M. Com/ with overall relevant experience in HR domain.
Preferred Qualification
  • Relevant years in HR generalist/HRBP experience is required, with relevant years in a managerial role.
  • Work experience in team handling role.
  • Workday Experience a plus.
  • Excellent MS Office and Excel skills.
  • Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices.
  • Quality – Lean and six sigma knowledge and quality driven person.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility.
  • Ability to handle multifaceted volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis.
