The institute has a vacancy for a Senior Student Advisor at our Highveld Campus in Centurion.

Position Purpose

To assist the Vice Principal: Student Affairs to supervise the campus sales team. To supervise and motivate the sales team to reach individual and campus database collection, appointment, application, and registration targets under the supervision of your Vice Principal: Student Affairs. Responsible for initiating and managing relationships with prospective students from target schools through every stage of the recruitment process (leads, appointments, applications, and registrations) and report on individual sales activities per set targets.

Duties And Responsibilities

Presentation Target

  • Supervise the delivery of engaging presentations on the part of SA's at targeted schools, showcasing the advantages of our institution.
  • Supervise the delivery engaging interviews on the part of SA's to potential students.
  • Supervise the distribution of marketing materials and interaction with potential students on the part of SA's to generate interest and enquiries.
  • To supervise representation our brand at career expos and other stakeholder events on the part of SA's.
  • To supervise the achievement monthly presentation targets as per agreed targets in line with campus sales plan on the part of SA's.
  • To manage own performance in each of the areas above to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Database Collection
  • To supervise the achievement of monthly targets for collecting school databases on the part of the SA's to expand the campus reach.
  • To manage own performance for collecting school database allocated by VPSA to expand the campus reach.
Interview Target
  • To supervise proactive calls on the part of the SA's to prospective students, scheduling interviews to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • To supervise follow up on online applications, ensuring proof of payments and scheduling interviews on the part of the SA's.
  • To supervise the provision of prompt responses to online and telephonic enquiries on the part of the SA's.
  • To supervise interviews conducted following an established script, building rapport with prospective students and parents on the part of the SA's.
  • To supervise achievement of individual targets for weekly, monthly, and annual interviews on the part of the SA's.
  • To manage own performance in each of the areas above to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Application Target
  • To supervise assistance of prospective students with the application process during interviews, securing applications immediately on the part of the SA's.
  • To supervise follow up's with unpaid applications and ensure payment is completed on the part of the SA's.
  • To supervise scheduled calling campaigns to convert interviews into applications on the part of the SA's.
  • To supervise communication with prospective students on WhatsApp to convert interest into interviews, and applications on the part of the SA's.
  • To supervise application acceptance and fee payment on the part of the SA's in line with agreed targets.
  • To supervise achievement of individual targets for weekly, monthly, and annual applications on the part of the SA's.
  • To manage own performance in each of the areas above to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Registration Target
  • To supervise individual target achievement for new student registrations on the part of the SA's.
  • To supervise registration acceptance and fee payment on the part of the SA's in line with agreed targets.
  • To manage own performance in each of the areas above to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Administration and Reporting
  • To supervise information collation and updates to relevant systems and reports as required by the Vice Principal: Student Affairs on the part of the SA's.
  • To supervise the maintenance of accurate daily reports, including call reports and interview booking trackers and the NGI CRM system on the part of the SA's.
  • To supervise interview forms are completed correctly and applications have valid supporting documentation on the part of the SA's.
  • To manage own performance in each of the areas above to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Minimum Work Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience. Tertiary Student Recruitment experience advantageous.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle essential.
Salary
  • Competitive salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday : 08:00 -16:30
  • Candidate must be willing to work extended hours during the peak registration periods and for certain events in the year such as Open Days, Registration Days, Information Evenings & School Events.
