DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Test runs on electrical motors
  • Takes AC data on windings of an electrical motor
  • AC clean core of an electrical motor
  • AC cut insulation
  • AC wind coils
  • AC rewind stator
  • AC Rewind rotors
  • DC Dope
  • DC Clean core
  • DC Cut insulation
  • DC Wind coils
  • DC rewind IP / Field Coils
  • DC Rewind Armature
  • AC Test rotors
  • DC test IP / Field Coils
  • DC Test Armature

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

  • Trade Tested Artisan (Armature Winder / Electrical Fitter or Trade Test with Armature exp.)
  • 5 – 7 years ++ experience
  • Ensure work is efficient, accurate and completed professionally
  • Ability to work without supervision, under pressure
  • Able to work long hours / overtime / weekends etc as required by the operation
  • Medically fit & healthy (Sober minded)
  • Newcastle residency required
