About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Marketing function, you will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to execute tactical marketing initiatives and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  1. Social Media Management
    • Plan and manage social media calendars
    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
    • Stay informed on industry trends and engagement opportunities
    • Community management and inbox monitoring
  2. Content Creation & Digital Marketing
    • Develop content for social media, brochures, email campaigns, and presentations
    • Brainstorm creative ideas and support broader marketing initiatives
    • Assist with performance-driven marketing efforts
    • Collaborate on strategies to improve digital reach and visibility
  3. Analytics and Reporting
    • Track engagement and performance metrics across digital platforms
    • Prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for optimization
  4. Administrative and Event Support
    • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications Manager including correspondence, and project coordination
    • Assist in planning & executing marketing events, ensuring promotional alignment
  5. Brand Management & Collaboration
    • Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials
    • Oversee all branding material requests, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines
    • Work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with broader company objectives
    • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed

Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management or a marketing role with similar responsibilities
  • B2B marketing experience and high proficiency with LinkedIn are preferable
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
