Care sunt responsabilitățile postului?
- Vei evalua și prioritiza, alături de echipă, proiectele care îți vor fi atribuite, având un rol activ în implementarea acestora;
- Vei documenta și identifica posibilități de îmbunătățire, optimizare și automatizare a proceselor interne și soluțiilor tehnice, luând măsuri proactive;
- Vei participa activ la colaborarea cu clienții interni pentru a stabili specificațiile necesare dezvoltării de rapoarte, dashboard-uri sau aplicații, fie în colaborare cu departamentele BI/IT, fie folosind resursele proprii;
- Vei superviza utilizarea rapoartelor, dashboard-urilor și aplicațiilor existente și vei propune idei de îmbunătățire, acolo unde este cazul;
- Vei identifica posibilele inconsecvențe ale datelor din rapoarte, dashboard-uri sau aplicații și vei propune soluții de reconciliere sau remediere;
- Vei realiza analize cantitative și calitative, atât ad-hoc cât și recurente, folosind date disponibile intern sau extern, pentru a sprijini luarea deciziilor bazate pe date;
- Vei gestiona proiecte de cercetare de piață și vei pregăti rapoarte informative sintetizate sau detaliate, care să sprijine dezvoltarea strategică a companiei;
- Vei identifica ariile de responsabilitate ale departamentelor din divizia comercială, în cadrul proiectelor speciale care îți vor fi atribuite;
- Vei stabili, împreună cu departamentele implicate, calendarul de implementare a proiectelor speciale și vei prelucra informațiile necesare pentru a sprijini implementarea acestora;
- Vei prelua responsabilitatea proceselor de recrutare, formare și retenție a angajaților din subordine, asigurându-te că echipa este bine pregătită și motivată.
- Să ai experiență solidă de minimum 3-5 ani în managementul de proiecte și analiza de date;
- Să ai cunoștințe avansate de Excel, inclusiv utilizarea Power Query pentru prelucrarea eficientă a datelor;
- Să ai experiență practică cu instrumentele Power BI și SQL, aplicate în activitățile tale anterioare;
- Să ai abilități excelente de organizare și planificare, cu capacitatea de a stabili priorități și de a gestiona sarcini complexe;
- Să cunoști pieța de retail, reprezintă un avantaj important pentru înțelegerea dinamicii industriei;
- Să ai abilitatea de a coordona o echipă, pentru a asigura o colaborare eficientă și un progres constant;
- Să ai experiență în colaborarea interdepartamentală, pentru a sprijini succesul proiectelor și implementarea inițiativelor companiei.
